KU Leuven is a research-intensive university, featuring in Europe’s top-15 universities within the Times Higher Education ranking, and the largest university in Belgium in terms of research funding and expenditure. In Horizon 2020, KU Leuven ranks fourth Higher Education Institution with regard to number of signed grants. Innovative research forms the basis of all academic programmes.

The KU Leuven team from the Faculty of Psychology and Research Coordination Office will lead the WP2 research on the underlying drivers and effective interventions that increase reproducibility at funding, publishing, university and researcher-level. The teams brings expertise on reproducibility, research methodology and statistics, social sciences, open science practices, and data sharing and publishing. Team members also play a role in the Belgian Reproducibility Network and the Flemish Research Data Network.
