The OSIRIS project will be featured in the opening session of the LORIER Webinar Series: Reproducibility and Meta-Research, a new initiative organised by the RESTORES project and hosted by the University of Rennes. This monthly webinar series brings together leading researchers, projects, and institutions committed to improving the quality, transparency, and reliability of scientific research through open science and meta-research practices.

In the inaugural session, Dr. Rita Banzi will present on behalf of OSIRIS in a webinar titled “OSIRIS Items for Reproducibility and Invitation to Join Interventional Studies.” The presentation will outline the project’s core activities, including the development of tools to assess and enhance reproducibility, and will extend an open invitation for collaboration in upcoming interventional studies.

Webinar Details:

  • Title: OSIRIS Items for Reproducibility and Invitation to Join Interventional Studies
  • Speaker: Dr. Rita Banzi
  • Moderator: Constant Vinatier
  • Date: Friday, June 13
  • Time: 12:30–13:30 (CET)

The session will also highlight recent findings from the OSIRIS scoping review on open science interventions (published in Royal Society Open Science), which underscores the need for more rigorous empirical studies to evaluate the real-world impact of interventions on research quality.

The LORIER Webinar Series serves as a platform for exchange between EU-funded projects, scholars, and practitioners working across disciplines to improve reproducibility and research integrity. It fosters collaboration, mutual learning, and increased visibility for initiatives driving science reform.

More information about the series and upcoming sessions is available on the RESTORES project website.

OSIRIS is proud to lead the launch of this important series and looks forward to engaging with the wider meta-research community in this ongoing dialogue.

We invite all members of the OSIRIS community, and beyond, to attend and take part in this important conversation.
